Since we've closed the nursery at the end of the 2008 season we have some Nursery Equipment for Sale.

I have a pole barn type greenhouse built with pressure treated lumber for sale. The house has a propane heater, a vent and exhaust fan, and a water heater supplying a bottom heat system. We used the house for propagation.

The house measures approximately 16' x 48'. It's set up for an inflated roof and roll-up sides.

You have to disassemble and remove the house.

I want $1,000.00 for the house as described . I want an additional $500.00 security deposit, which is refundable, to ensure that you remove the building by a date certain that we will agree on.  This covers me if you only remove part of it and I'm left having to hire a demolition crew to remove the mess and clean up.  I have a tractor and bucket, and can help pull the posts, which are down 4' into the ground.  I think this will work if done while the ground is soft with the frost coming out, but I can't guarantee that the posts will come out with my tractor.

I have 12 bags, of 100 ea., 16" cable ties, - $8.00 per bag.

I have 7 bags, of 50 ea., 24" cable ties - $10.00 per bag.

3 ea. Motorola Radius CP-100 radios with working batteries and belt clips, 2 chargers, and 3 unused, new batteries (purchased 6/19/2007). $50.00 ea., $125.00 for all 3.

We've used patio blocks to hold down our winter covers. $.50 each - 10/6/09 - perhaps 150 remain.
