NURSERY WORKER - for the 2008 season
We are looking for help with general nursery work: potting, weeding, watering, etc. One position is seasonal full time from now until the end of June and the other is from approx. May 1, 2008 through June 15, 2008, about 6 weeks. We'd prefer to work with someone having an interest in the nursery industry, rather than someone who simply needs a job.

PESTICIDE APPLICATOR - for the 2008 season
We have a very part time position for a person with a pesticide applicators license. We need to apply a few fungicides and insecticides in the nursery. We only use formulations with 12 hour REI's; so we typically spray from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM in the evening. We would prefer to work with someone who already has a license, but would consider assisting someone with the licensing procedure. The person could be available solely for the pesticide application, or we would consider a person for a full seasonal position who would be available to apply the pesticides in addition to other nursery work.
